Laval is a quiet hamlet with around 160 residents, yet is only a 5 minute drive (or 30 minutes walk) from the thriving town of Quillan, situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Quillan has several supermarkets, restaurants, shops and a regular busy market each Wednesday, with a quieter market on Saturdays. There is also a train station leading to Carcassonne and a bus route going through Quillan.
The property is well-equipped for a holiday let, with a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge / freezer and a bathroom with large corner bath with shower, WC and a separate WC near the bedrooms on the 1st floor. There are 3 bedrooms, plus a storage room if required.
