Quillan in Aude, South France
Quillan is 5 minutes drive from Hameau de Laval and has a range of restaurants, 2 supermarkets, various shops and a train station which is on the route to Limoux and Carcassonne.
There is also a swimming pool which is open over the summer holidays, a gym, theatre and cinema.
If you're visiting in the summer, we highly recommend the Folklore Festival - a week long celebration of world music, with musicians playing from around the world each evening. There are also performances and other events in the town square at other times of the year and Quillan has a regular market twice a week.
