Bills are extra and there is a telephone line in place with free unlimited calls to the UK and France and broadband internet access, meaning that if you wish to keep them, they will be available from the day you arrive.
Prices depend on the total length of your stay and the time of year that you are staying. If you are staying for 5 months or more, prices range from 750 Euros from October to June to 900 Euros in the summer. For shorter stays there is a surcharge, as detailed in the table below.
