The property for rent is tastefully furnished and decorated and the rental price includes all bills, taxe d'habitation and internet access.  A computer is supplied and the apartments are hung with original works of art, adding to their beauty.

Because the apartments are normally rented on a short-term let and holiday basis, they benefit from having a fully equipped kitchen with all the pots and pans you need.  Bedding and towels are also supplied.

The property for rent is in the centre of Couiza, 10 minutes drive from the town of Quillan, in the centre of the Languedoc Roussillon region of Southern France.  It is an hours drive to both the seaside for summer holidays and ski resorts for winter holidays.

Each of the main rooms is hung with original works of art and the whole house is attractively decorated. Electric heating is available and there is a wood burning stove on the 2nd floor, with wood supplied for all short term rentals or by arrangement for long-term lets.

For long term winter lets of 3 months or more between November 2010 and April 2011, prices are 690 Euros a month including ALL bills for the ground and 2nd floor apartments and 780 Euros a month for the 1st floor, again including ALL bills (internet access, heating, electricity, taxe d'habitation and water).
