"Just to say what a great holiday we had. Languedoc is a fascinating area and we will definitely return. The landscape is beautifully heroic and we were inspired to do some sketching ourselves. We didn’t manage to do and see everything in two weeks, but that’s Life! Have to say, Le Carnotzet in Couiza is very fine indeed, and the gallette/ creperie cafe in Esperaza is a great wee place too. Got us thinking we should start a weekend creperie cafe in our local village hall... "

"The appartment in Mode d'Artiste was excellent; comfortable, spacious and we loved the king size bed. The appartment is ideally situated for a holiday or house hunting, only an hour from the sea and with the mountains almost immediately to our west. We were spoiled for choice with places to visit."
